Being 35 years in the market, TOMEI Group has matured over the years. Realising the need to segregate and rationalize the many operations within the TOMEI Group, TOMEI Gold & Jewellery Manufacturing (M) Sdn Bhd was born in 1989 as a result. With a strong financial backing from its parent company, TOMEI Gold & Jewellery went against the trend during the 1997 Asian economy meltdown, and expanded with a double digit growth rate.

In the early 90’s, TOMEI Group recognized the potential of trendy white gold jewellery which was taking the Asia jewellery market by storm. TOMEI Gold & Jewellery Manufacturing subsequently became one of the main manufacturing pioneers of white gold jewellery. Today, TOMEI Gold & Jewellery Manufacturing places equal weight on diamonds, gemstones and white gold jewellery as their fashionable quality remains as modern women’s favourite.
 

In a bid to promote its brand name as ‘Products of Malaysia’ in the international arena, TOMEI Gold & Jewellery Manufacturing backs its parent retail arm – TOMEI Retail Group, to actively promote its brand name and awareness, through a series of major jewellery fairs of international scale in Hong Kong, Singapore and Indonesia.

As TOMEI Retail Group strives to add Certified-Diamonds from GIA, HRD and AGS, to enhance its range of modern gold jewellery, TOMEI Gold & Jewellery Manufacturing plays a key role as the manufacturer to back the group in tackling the challenging job of setting these diamonds into fine pieces of jewellery for the customers.
