Malaysia is an established jeweller with 39 years of
retail and manufacturing expertise in gold and jewellery
industry, has a current network of three retail brand
names with 48 branches in Malaysia. We have also
established outlets overseas.
Apart from our own extensive collection, our retail
showrooms house exclusive international brand names such
as Le Lumiere, Isee2, Golay, and Fior Drissage.
We are seeking for individuals who are dynamic,
results-orientated, motivated team players, proactive,
have initiative, with good analytical and interpersonal
skills to fill the positions of:
- Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Internal
Audit (HQ)
Responsibilities:
To identify all auditable activities and relevant risk
factors and to assess their significance and the
adequacy of the internal control system.
To provide assurance on compliance to statutory
requirements, laws, company policies and guidelines.
To perform analysis, critiques and evaluations to
determine legal, contractual and financial compliance,
economy, efficiency and performance effectiveness
To ensure audits are conducted in a thorough and
objective manner within established plans and schedules
and that recommendations are developed and presented
which provide a sound basis for corrective actions and
improvements.
To present findings to affected managerial personnel,
explain findings, provide advice on internal controls,
acceptable practices and procedures and efficiency
issues and to promote implementations of
recommendations.
Requirements:
Minimum professional certificate in accounting or
equivalent with three years of audit experience.
Good communication, interpersonal and writing skills.
Must be willing to travel within Malaysia and have own
transport.
- Visual Merchandising Display Artist (HQ)
Responsibilities:
To assist the department in areas of display concept
for respective brand names, outlets' and jewellery
fairs' display work.
To be responsible from concept stage, sourcing of
props, displaying of props to managing props utilisation
and storage.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma,
Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree,
Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in
Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media,
Textile/Fashion Design or equivalent.
At least three years of working experience in visual
merchandising display, preferably with shopping complex.
Must have own transport and be able to travel to
various outlets / outstation for display work.
- Secretary to Managing Director (HQ)
Responsibilities:
To be responsible in providing overall secretarial and
administrative support to the Managing Director.
To manage directors‘― daily appointment and schedules,
to organise and to coordinate meetings and also to take
minutes of meeting.
To administer travel arrangements, to coordinate
submissions for approval from Division Heads to Managing
Director's office and to assist in preparation of
confidential reports.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in PSC,
Diploma in Executive Secretaryship or Diploma in
Business Administration
Familiar with Microsoft Office Application.
Able to work independently.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in
Secretarial / Executive & Personal Assistant or
equivalent.
- Administration Executive (HQ)
Responsibilities:
To provide administrative support for the respective
department.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
Good command of spoken and written English.
- Accounts Executive (HQ)
Responsibilities:
To handle full set of accounts including preparation
of management reports.
To manage daily accounting operations
To ensure all accounting records are properly
maintained and reconciled.
Requirements:
LCCI or other basic accounting qualification. Those
who posses partial Professional Degree are also
encouraged to apply.
Preferably with knowledge or experience in accounting
system conversion.
Must be mature and to observe high confidentiality due
to the nature of the work.
Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Accounts Assistant (HQ)
Responsibilities:
To liaise with external company secretaries on passing
of resolution and related secretarial documents.
To assist the department in banking related
assignments.
To assist in preparation of monthly reports.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM with one year of accounting work
experience.
Good command of verbal and written English.
Possess initiative and ability of working with minimum
supervision.
- Procurement Assistant (HQ)
Responsibilities:
To liaise with custom on import and export matters.
To manage stock in warehouse.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM with good communication skills.
- IT Assistant (HQ)
Responsibilities:
To support and monitor the company‘―s computer system.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
Possess knowledge of programming, networking and PC
troubleshooting.
- Receptionist (HQ)
Responsibilities:
To receive and relay incoming calls in professional
manner.
To meet, greet and direct visitors.
Requirements:
Fluent in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong customer service skills.
Good phone manner.
- Assistant Branch Managers (retail outlets at all
main shopping centres)
Responsibilities:
To assist in managing the operation of the branch and
to lead and motivate sales team in meeting company‘―s
sales target and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Minimum three years of experience in sales and retail
operation, preferably in a supervisor role.
Possess excellent communication skills.
Candidates without experience in jewellery industry
but with experience in high end luxury products are also
encouraged to apply.
- Senior / Sales Executives (retail outlets at all
main shopping centres)
Responsibilities:
To serve and to generate sales from our customers at
retail outlets.
Requirements:
Good customer service skills with good sales
presentation.
Willing to learn, self-motivated and
results-orientated.
Formal training on product knowledge is provided for
successful candidates.
- Cashier cum Clerk (retail outlets at all main
shopping centres)
Responsibilities:
To ensure the accuracy of cash flow, account
information and stock quantity at the retail outlet.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM with basic computer and accounting
knowledge.
